Not sure what to say?

Danny, Dori and Chad, you were blessed with a one of a kind father who means so much to so many, what an awesome guy! My Mom and I find ourselves recalling so many times in our lives of being up at the cabin with everyone enjoying Uncle Bob and Aunt Theresa’s hospitality and the warmth of their character. Of course breakfast was unbelievable up there as many know but that was just the start of a day of fun, relaxation and times that would stick with you forever. On the drive up when you get...

Bob and his wife Theresa welcomed us 25 years ago at Higgins Lake.
He was a great golf partner, and a wonderful neighbor. We will miss him at the lake. Our thoughts are with Bobs family.

Dan, Dorie, Chad & family, you were blessed with a wonderfully loving dad and grandpa. You’re in my prayers. I remember as a child going with Aunt Theresa to meet him for lunch at the Red Lion and waking up to his famous breakfasts at Higgins Lake. He was my dad’s golf, burger & a beer buddy for years. Miss and love you, uncle Bob.

Of the many memories I hope to never lose are summer mornings at Higgins Lake when Uncle Bob cooked us eggs basted in bacon grease...I have thought of him every time I've made them for my family...yup, bacon grease and he celebrated his 90th birthday! Love to my cousins.

We go back a long time. Went to Handy High school and both worked at the Bay city Times . A great friend for a long time. God Bless.

A true gentleman, you will be missed. You are with your wife now safe in the arms of our Lord. Rest in Peace.

God gives us roses in summer to have sweet heavenly memories in December. Another star shinning down from heaven “Mr. Dennis” will be truly missed by Sandra. God’s Blessings to you Daniel and Dorie and your families. The Arnold family

Rest In Peace Uncle Bob, thank you for all the wonderful memories spending time with you and your family at Higgins Lake. You will be greatly missed.

Dan, Dorie, Chad and families,
My heart is broken again. We will miss him but will have loving memories in our hearts. I remember summers at the lake, and a couple of vey cold winters. I remember many lunches at Red Lion and using his car a lot. He would meet me there for lunch when I worked downtown and he worked at The Bay City Times. He is joined now with Aunt Theresa who called me her “baby sister”. Know that he is resting in the arms of the Lord. Love, hugs and prayers, Joe and...
