Chadwick Funeral and Cremation Service, LLC - New London Obituary

It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of our beloved brother Robert Michael Deroo of Bristol NH. He passed away peacefully on September 12, 2024.

He was predeceased by his parents Robert C Deroo and Carol Deroo (Massaro), and his nephew Scott Arkovitz.

Born on May 8, 1959 in Winchester MA, Bobby was always very curious about the world around him. He wanted to know how everything worked and was an avid learner. As Bob grew up he had many interests and passions. He loved all types of vehicles and had countless cars, boats, motorcycles, campers and motorhomes throughout his life. He loved reading about history and watching documentaries about everything from World War II to trains. He will be missed by all who loved him.

Bob is survived by his sister Lori and husband Erich, their children Hayley, Lauren and Shane, and his brother Richard and wife Terry and their children Alex, Evan, Melissa and Bryan.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Athanasius Parish, 300 Haverhill Street, Reading, MA.  Burial will follow at 2:30 P.M. at Pine Grove Cemetery, Pine Grove Lane, Grafton, NH.

Rest in Peace Bob,we had a lot of fun at the voke, riding the bus everyday to Wakefield to learn a trade.

Bob was my friend for 40 years. He was my manager in business and always had my back and was a very honest Man. He endured some heavy hits in life and always reigned. We laughed so hard every time we would meet. Mr adventurous. With a sad heart Bob RIP

It was lovely to meet you Bobby and spend time in Grand Rapids. You made us laugh and it was so easy to hang out with you. I’m glad you are at peace and not in pain anymore. I hope you know how much you are loved and I hope you and Scott are telling each other jokes.
