Libby and Family, I'm so sorry for the loss of your precious Bob. I was your neighbor for many years and I remember the Fourth of July get-togethers we had with nearly everyone who lived on Waynart Court. Bob was a huge presence in our lives and I will always remember the thrill of rafting the American River with Bob and your wonderful River Rat Rafting friends. Peace be with you.
