Robert E. “Shelly” DeVito died on July 6, 2008.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Janet M. nee Moffatt; his children, Derek Pollick, Sharon Mariani Greg and Karen Pollick; his sister, Grace Prestia; 8 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
