Robert "Bob" aka Jumbo, Eugene Doehrer passed away on Monday, Feb. 12, 2024.

We all ask what someone died from, so here you go ... it was a horrible disease called Parkinson's. Actually, he beat this disease by the Lord almighty taking him before the final stages.

Although I went to school at Lakeshore and ran track, I remember Bob as a fine athlete. He was simply a natural at sports. Never saw anyone run the low hurdles like Bob. Also never formally met him but saw him several times around the area over the years. Pleased to see that he was a good Christian family man. My sincerest sympathy to the family.
