Not sure what to say?

The Gerhards and the Dolehides....so many great memories at the Dolehide house. Backyard bbqs, swimming, Christmas Eve celebrations, 4th of July fireworks. But most important is the great friendship between my dad and Dr. Dolehide. Lifelong friendships like theirs are rare and they are now enjoying each others company again. Rest In Peace Dr. Dolehide. Condolences to the entire Dolehide family.

Heartfelt and prayerful condolences from the Chicago Police Chaplains. Robert will be remembered at the Police Mass on Sunday, 14 APR, 11:00 a.m. at Mercy Home - 1140 W. Jackson Blvd. In the meantime, may family and friends know the healing touch of our all-loving, all-merciful God! [Police Chaplains Ministry: www.ChicagoPCM.org or 312/738-7588]

Sincerest condolences. I will always remember fondly the wonderful Dr. who cared for my mother.

Rest in Peace Dr. Dolehide. Thanks so much for all your kindness and care for Momma. As hard as her illness was you truly helped us all through it. Our condolences to Kevin who was also a large part of our lives and all the family that the good doctor loved so much.

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you.

So many of my childhood memories include Dr. Dolehide and spending time at the Dolehide house. He was a wonderful man and to this day I remember him telling us funny stories and trying to enlist us to sort the rocks in the landscaping! I wish I could be there to pay respects, my condolences to the whole family, I am thinking of all of you at this time. May he rest in peace.
