Not sure what to say?

I had the honor of playing basketball for coach Bob Doll at Niles McKinley high school in 1967-1968. He was a great teacher and motivator, and by far the best coach Ive ever had. He was one of the biggest influences in my life onworking hard and becoming successful at whatever career I chose. Rest In Peace, Coach.

Sadness fill me with the passing of Robert. He and I became close in the early '80's during my time in Portsmouth. He was kind to me and my Gram, Bernice McNamara. We enjoyed his company very much. He was the closest thing to a brother that my father, Brian, would ever have. My warmest thoughts are with the family.

My condolences to Tom, Lee, Lynn and Kim. I have fond memories of Robert when we would be in Portsmouth or at family reunions. He was our Grams nephew and I was always grateful to him for looking out for her when we couldn't.

So sorry to hear this, my condolences to the family. Robert was very kind and caring of my Grandmother, his aunt Bernice, and she adored him.
