I just heard about Rob's passing from Doreen Nicastro. Though I have not been in touch with Rob for many years, he has always had a special place in my heart and in my memories. He will be sorely missed. All my thoughts and prayers are with the Donovan Family. Much love.

It is with great sadness that I learned of the passing of Robbie. He was a great neighbor and friend as was all of the family when we were growing up on Thorndike St. and in recent years he would stop by many times to say hello to my infirmed dad who would spend quiet time on the porch when the weather was nice. He thought the world of Robbie, too. We will miss him but know in our hearts that his wonderful ways and deeds will never be forgotten.

To All the Donovan Family, All my thoughts and prayer's go to all of you. Please take comfort in the knowledge that he is in a better place now. He will be so missed. Even though we have not been in touch for many years, this news hit me very hard. I have told my children story's of Robbie and I playing matchbox car's and truck's in the Lyon's sand pile. As well as hanging at the park. Alot of my story's had his name or one of the Donovan's in them. Love to all of you. And may God help you to...

Dear Donovan Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear of Robo's passing. I too go back to the days of Ken's Pub and shared many laughs and great times ,such as our Monday Night Prayer meetings with Robbie. We would speak to each other once a year and always picked up as if we had talked to each other yesterday. You are all in my thoughts and prayers and I will keep Robbie in my heart.

I am thinking and praying for you all at this most difficult time. May the love you have for each other and from family and friends ease your sorrow.
