Robert J. Dormady, passed away on Friday, October 31, 2003, at home with his family around him. Born in East Moline, Illinois raised in Detroit, Michigan; he attended Roosevelt Military Academy, excelling in sports, and graduating with honors. Robert proudly served his country during WWII, in the United States Army Air Corps. He received an undergraduate degree from Wayne State University, and his MBA from Michigan State University. He enjoyed a successful 30 year career in the supermarket industry, retiring to Arizona. Robert used his Irish humor as a guide and anchor for his life. Surviving is his wife of 56 years, Eugenia and nine children; Sandra (Michael), Daniel (Elizabeth), Eugenia (Glenn), Patricia (John), Robert Ernest (Lori), Michael Patrick, Maureen (Rick), Kathleen (Steve), and Valerie (Greg). He was blessed with 14 talented and wondrous grandchildren. Thank you dad and grandpa, you will always be an inspiration to all us. A vigil service was held Thursday, November 6th at Bunkers University Chapel, 5329 E. University, Mesa, Arizona. Please send donations in memory of Robert J.
