Not sure what to say?

Bobbie and I were always on different teams from the time he played for the Y'sMen and I played for Lib Rocha. Our birtdays were only a few days apart so our mothers actually shared some time in the hospital. He lived next to my sister for most of his young life. I still remember a party when Bobbie had his first drink of alcohol(at least to my knowledge). I think Jim Riggins took him home in a rain storm. Margaret, his mom, was always like a second mom to me. He'll be missed by all of...

I met Bobbie in junior leagues at Sunvalley Lanes and later working for him at R.P.Myres sportspage for 7 years. Very supportive of all the things I did ,like a father and a great friend , he told me often and appreciated our friendship and becoming bowling teammates for many years. He loved sports, bowling ,food and entertainment and wanted all to experience what he loved. I'm grateful for getting the chance to do these things with him and will miss him dearly...

I would like to express to Bobbie's family my sincere sympathy for their loss. This man loved bowling in which I meet him when I was a teenager of 16 years of age. Bobbie and his wife Carol used to pick-up my brother Terry and Rick Williams and Dean Brown and myself and transport us to West Lanes in Omaha. Bobbie was our coach and he did this so we could compete against the best Omaha junior bowlers in a summer league. As I grew older I competed in his local scratch tournments that Bobbie...

Hoover, Bloomer, & ALHS classmate

It is rare to find anyone in life that has such a passion, a love, and a zeal for something they enjoy. Bobbie was one of those people. Bobbie's love of sports, Nebraska, Iowa, bowling, food, and music preceeded him. He remembered almost everyone he came in contact with. He could fill a library full of stories from his past, and probably your past as well.

We'll miss you Bobbie.

Well; anyway........

We say good bye to a man with a huge heart. But a heart that was not big enough by his own standards because he gave a piece of it to everyone he knew. He was one of the kindest, most caring people anyone could know. We had lot's of fun together over the years and I learned a lot from him. My life was better for knowing him. He was as good a friend as a man could have and I will miss him terribly.
