Not sure what to say?

Bob, you will be missed, but we will meet again in Glory Land! I remember coming to Bob's house when he lived in Santa Ana when he was first diagosed with Cancer behind his eye. Jim Greene, Don Dunn and I went to Bos's house anoited him with oil and prayed for his heling, that was many years ago. God granted him extended life and he became a great example for us all. Our prayers are with the family.

Our Son Ben was blessed to have Mrs. Dowding as his 4th grader teacher at Hope Lutheran. Both Mr & Mrs Dowding have shown so many children beside our Son deep compassion for all children and instill their christian values to every child that they came in contact with. Thank you for sharing your Husband and Father with our Son and so many children. Please know you're in our thoughts and prayers.

We will miss you Bob.

I really didn't "know" Bob, as our children were raised and gone before he came to Hope and SLH, but I do know he was a huge influence in the life of my nephew, Lucas. Lucas loved and respected him and he was such an awesome role model for him. The few times I actually "met" Bob, I was always impressed by his grace and sincerity. God be with his family and dear friends .. may they have the strength to get through these trying times, and may they be blessed with joy knowing they will all be...

He was such a great man of God and his life was an example to everyone who knew him. So blessed to have know him.

I have been so blessed in my life to have had Bob Dowding as a large part of it. I first met him when my daughter was a freshman at Seattle Lutheran High School. He was an incredible teacher, coach and friend to everyone in his life. My heart aches for his wonderful family. Marie, Mandy and Kent, thank you so much for sharing your husband/father with so many. He was a man of deep faith and compassion instilling his Christian values on so many. May everyone he has ever touched be...

I admire and respect Bob. He was a truly wonderful human being. He was so many things to so many people and so many loved him. I met him through volunteering at Seattle Lutheran, where my son attended. I introduced Bob to my husband and thus started many years of my husband driving the school buses or vans for sporting events or special events for the school, like Grad night. My husband even continued to drive for many years after my son graduated because he enjoyed Bob's company. Bob...

Some of the best memories I have of Bob involve the many trips we took to school sporting events. Then there's football it was great to be part of that first year. It was a dream come true for Bob to coach and have football at SLHS. And I'm very glad I was able to share that with Bob. Bob will be deeply missed.
