We know Mr. Downing he solved my brother's case in the 1980s he worked day and night and stuck it out until he broke the case we are very grateful to him . Mr Downing was a wonderful man . This wonderful caring man was a savior to our family back in 1983. If it weren’t for him the man who murdered my brother would not have been caught an sentenced to life in prison. This gentleman visited my mother an father every year on my brothers anniversary up until the death of my mother in 2006. I will forever be grateful to him an I will always have a special place in my heart for him. My god bless you an RIP...
