Not sure what to say?

My condolences to you Scott and the rest of your family. Your dad was a very special man. He has left his mark here in Jackson County.

My condolences to all of the DuBois family. I had the pleasure of working with Bob as a member of the Summit Township Board for 16 years and also as a member of the Jackson Host Lions Club for more than forty years. He was always a peacemaker and a problem solver. He was an asset to the greater Jackson community and it has been a better place because of him. I will miss his radiant smile and his can do attitude. His was a life well lived.

Our condolences to the DuBois Family. A great family man and school administrator. He made a great positive impact on the lives of many Jackson High students. He will be missed.

To the DuBois Family- I was saddened to read of Bob's death today. He hired me in 1993 to teach at Jackson High School and I can say, he was a true man of kindness. Adapting my work schedule to coordinate with my family was a gift I will always remember. His faith, support, work ethic and kindness were examples for all. As a leader in the community, everyone benefited. Thank you for sharing your Dad with all of us for so many years. God bless, Mary C. Belknap

The Dubois family and my parents were friends. Can remember hanging out at Bob seniors service station as a kid. My sister and Bob went to school together. I had Bob as a drafting teacher at Parkside in 1966. My condolences to the family for your loss. Many fond memories as a kid.

Bob was a gem and an incredibly kind man...for my parents, maybe too nice. In 1987, my senior year at JHS, my friends and I prepped for a school dance in our usual manner and a local park, and had an impromptu party that was well attended including an exchange student. Apparently, the exchange student was new to this type of teenage ritual, and had a little too much libation. Later at the dance, he barfed in front of Principal Dubois and later, under threat of being sent home to his country,...

Sending love and peaceful prayers for the family.

We were so glad to have known Bob...always kind and welcoming. A life well lived. We will miss him.

Bob was very supportive of me as a building administrator at NHS. I remember his open door and pleasant manner.
