Not sure what to say?

Sis, Russ and Pat,
Sometimes it doesn't pay to be a cheap yankee who doesn't get the paper. I just found out today about Bob's passing. I hope that in the time that has passed, your memories of his kindness and love have begun to outweigh the sadness. He was a good man. And I can (and do) still tell stories about the years that our family's camped together. Those good times foreshadowed 60 more years of friendship. I'll miss him.

Pete

Robert Dunn was one of the finest, truest, most genuine and loving men that it has been my honor to know. His word was his bond, and his shirt was yours if you needed it. Ave atque vali frater, Rest In Peace.

Sis, Russy & Pat, we’re so sorry for your loss. I hope you will find peace in the memories you share. Bob was such a nice man; a gentleman. He always reminded me of Dick Clark because he appeared to never age; always handsome and young looking. God bless you all.

Pat, Russy, and Mrs. Dunn,

I am so sorry to see the announcement of Bob’s has passing. My sympathy and thoughts are with you all. Bob was warm, kind, and spirited and had a great zest for life. He and Sis were friends of my parents and, later, of my mother and step-father Harold. I last saw Bob and Sis at Harold’s memorial service in 2008 and they had not changed one bit since I knew them in the 60’s and 70’s!! They were a couple with eternal youth. Always caring, always...

One of a kind! Growing up next door to Bob and Sis and Pat and Russ was a true pleasure. Will miss him forever. Our best to the family.

So sorry for your loss. I always loved his smile and welcome as I joined Brookside
