Not sure what to say?

Bob was my first boss when I worked at ASCS office in Martinsville, Illinois and later at The Bank of Casey. Our daughter Tami Whithaus and his daughter were friends and played tennis for 4 years on Casey High School tennis team. Bob helped Jerry & I so much during a period of our life that was particularly stressful! He is missed by so me!

Sara,
Your father and mine were such good friends. He was such a good man! I told mother of his passing (she is 99 now!). She doesn't remember much but she remembered your father. Stating he was so young to pass and how well she thought of him. I was sad to hear of his passing and grateful to have known him.

Sara, I am very sorry to hear of your dad's passing.I and my parents, Glenn and Irene Evans knew your dad through the Bank of Casey. Lucan Bare introduced your dad to me one day in 1964 when I was home on leave from the Air Force. Your dad was a friend to everyone, so sorry for you and your families loss. Sincerely, Stanley Evans

Jan & family
We were so sorry & surprised to hear of Bob's passing. Bob & Mary (Lockhart) graduated high school together & it was enjoyable seeing both of you at a reunion few years ago.
We trust that you all will find comfort in God's guidance during this time and in years to come. We will remember you all with our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Sara,
Your father was a dear friend to me, to my parents and to my grandfather "Govie" Garner. Our entire extended family liked and admired him. I am forever grateful to him for his friendship and the help he gave me. You were fortunate to have a man of his integrity as your father. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Please know he was loved and respected by many.
Sending my sincerest condolences.

Sorry to see Bob's passing. He started me on the path of a good education by approving my school loan to go to the UofI, his alma mater. I'm forever grateful.

Sara! I am sorry to hear about your Dad. We will all miss him at the Salon. He was like my second Dad always willing to listen and guide me. The Illini won't know what to do without him cheering them on and the golf courses will be lost without him on them. Sending many hugs and prayers to you and your family in this difficult time.

Jan, I'm so sorry to here about Bob! He will be missed by all at the Salon. I will especially miss our conversations and his direction and encouragement of what's next in my life. He was like my second Dad. I hope you find comfort in all the great times you had with him. Sending prayers to you and your family.

Jan, I'm so sorry to hear about Bob,,my thoughts and plenty of prayers are with you. Stay strong, you are a very special lady.
