Not sure what to say?

Well it's been 14 years since you left us to our own accord Mr. E & I think of you on a daily as I run my shop, after working for you for 22 years you have instilled in me hard work ,dedication & honesty & I'm passing that on to my kids ,2 of whom are my lead techs. I thank you for your kindness, your generosity and your drill sergeant moments that molded me into who I am, I miss you & Nancy but have a picture of you two in my shop so I see you guys every day and a spot in my heart.

I might have seen Robert's Cadillac for sale today. Big, black beast of a car. It had his name embossed on the dash.

Today I learned about Bob's passing in the wonderful Post article. Sandy and I were traveling and were out of town. I am so sorry I missed his service and to have had the chance to wish him one more goodby. We had a lot of special memories at Easthams (ESSO) EXXON and I am quite proud that I was his General Manager for several years. I will miss him.

Family Support Center sends condolences from its management and staff to the family of Robert Eastham. Through the years, Mr. Eastham was a very generous business owner supporting local charities and non-profits such as FSC. His thoughtfulness was much appreciated.

Our deepest condolences to Mr. Eastham's Family from your friends at Anessi Salon. Phyllis - If there is anything that you need, please let us know!

I was also very pleasantly surprised to learn that he and I frequented very similar political circles for...

Semper Fi Bob was true to his beliefs America has lost a true patriot

Walking to and from the Metro this week, I noticed Eastham's flags at half-staff. On Monday I assumed this was in honor of Memorial Day, on Tuesday I thought the staff just hadn't changed them yet, and today I got concerned. I then saw Mr. Eastham's obituary and was so saddened. It may seem strange, because I never actually met Mr. Eastham; I only admired him from afar. I have lived in the neighborhood for 13 years and have always admired how beautiful Mr. Eastham made sure it looked. ...
