Robert Leroy Eckard, 80, of Sanderling, died at Chesapeake General Hospital, Chesapeake, Va. Sunday, Aug. 12, 2007. A memorial service will be held at 110 Quail Way, Sanderling in Duck today from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. TwifordÕs Funeral Home, Manteo is in charge of arrangements.
