To Family & Friends of Bob Elkowitz: I have many fond memories of Bob while serving I the 1435 & 207 Engineers in Bay City. Bob was always at the center of things. With his gravelly voice he was always telling a story or making people a laugh. He was one of my favorite people. My sympathy on his passing. He will be missed.
