Will always remember moving to Mendham in
1982 and meeting Bob and Tracy. There was
always a friendly rivalry between Bob and
Larry about the Georgetown Hoyas and the
Seton Hall Pirates in Big East basketball.
Also, great memories of getting together
to meet at the US Open tennis matches in
the 90's bringing sandwiches and drinks and
sharing each other's company. Very lucky to
have longtime friends and share happy
memories of...

I will always remember Mr. Elsman as a great father, husband and neighbor. My condolences to Mike, Amy, Mrs. Elsman and the entire family. He will be missed. Heaven gained a great person. I can see him throwing batting practice to all the Yankee Hall of Famers.

Lost one on my top ten friends list, wont be replaced. The memories will last forever, crazy bets that Bob lost, SHU basketball, hot dogs at Yankee Stadium, touch football at Cameron Field South Orange. Bob punching me in the arm and popping my rotator cuff, how can you replace that. Pre game dinners with Tracey, Bob and many others before watching Dave Caputo coach his women's basketball team.
Days at Atlantic City trying to pry Bob away from 3-card poker, I can go on and on. RIP...

I was so saddened to hear about Mr. Elsman's passing. We were neighbors when I was growing up in Mendham. I have such fond memories of our neighbor and friend who was always such a great role model, had a wonderful sense of humor and was a caring, supportive and helpful neighbor. He will be missed greatly. I will keep him and his family in my prayers.

Bob and I met working together at Xerox over 42 years ago. He was a clown, helpful and successful. Our careers went in different directions but we always remained friends Bob introduced me to my husband Barry for which we will be forever grateful. We were welcomed into Bob and Tracy's home on many occasions. I still remember all Bob's incredible clocks and how he would try to sneak them past Tracy...it Never worked. I remember Bob best chopping wood, sharing his prized parmigano reggiano...
