Bobby pulled my rear end out of the fire several times in the North Dist. back in the 90's. He was a great friend and a great Cop.

Bobby I can't believe your gone. You were like Superman since the day I met you 19 years ago. We weren't related by blood but we should have been, because I consider you a surrogate Big brother. You always had a smile on your face,which I'm going to miss. R.I.P. my friend, I'm going to miss you.
