To the Epler family, my deepest condolences. I worked with Bob during his last provisional assignments at ESD and learned so much from him about the history of why certain things were proposed by ESD. Bob was a public servant to the very end and his recent contribution to helping ESD with Measure B and the People's Ordinance was huge.
