Not sure what to say?

I just found this while searching for my old friend and employer. Bob hired me to work for him in his warehouse at Jabberwockey, Mind´s Eye in Novato CA. when I was about 16. He was a friend and a mentor and I have great memories of working for him and playing basketball on our lunch break. What a great guy!

Dear Evans Family,
I just learned of Bob's passing via the Beta network, and am shocked and saddened by the news. I was active with Bob in the Beta House during the 1960's, and recall many wonderful conversations and adventures with him during that precious time. Scoty So Deeply Sorry For Your loss

The entire undertaking - a complicated and difficult project, carried out with great skill and determination,...

Our family loved to joke around with Bob, and he with us, about the whole BYU/Utah rivalry. When Bob went in for the brain surgery I texted him that maybe the surgery would help him see things more clearly and he may become a BYU fan. Bob's reply, "Small chance for that . . . I'm having brain surgery, not a total lobotomy. My doctors are pro life and that would kill me." Staring it in the face, he still found a way to laugh.

I still use the brief lesson on forehand and backhand...

Marti,

I am so sorry for your loss. Bob was an amazing person and his energy and passion will be missed greatly. I have all your families in my thoughts during this difficult time. Much love, respect and sympathy,

jim & Karri

Marti,

You lived a beautiful love story. Not many people can say that about the love in their lives. I grieve for your loss and wish the very best for you and your dear family, both the Bradley and Evans clans.

Love you, Marti
