When Debby would go on vacation I would always call him to see how he was doing and if he needed anything. He would always say the same thing .. "I'm fine ... Do not need anything." I would even offer to get him his favorite hamburger and fries from McDonalds but he always said "no". Several times in the evening he would call me and ask how I was doing!!! He would talk about Debby's trip and where she was now and if he heard from her or not. We would always end up laughing about something...

I am David Wood, aged 77, and Bob was my co worker then supervisor at Gould/Clevite until 1988. I am saddened to read his obituary and wish I had kept in touch. My condolences to his wife and daughter.
