Robert John Falotico

I awoke to find a mournful reminder of Rob's passing nine years. He was an exceptional guy, and I still think of and miss him greatly.

Rob was an inspiration to me. He was one of the most genuine people I've ever met and his amazing depth of knowledge and insight was always something to behold. I became friends with Rob when we were both involved in political activism in NYC, and I'm so grateful to have known him. The world has lost a very special person. Deepest condolences go out to his wife, friends, and family.

Rob did amazing work for our students and faculty at Pratt. I leaned on his expertise heavily to make sure that my students enjoyed enlightening lessons in the Pratt Computer Labs. Rob was warm, funny, and very helpful. He will be sorely missed by the Pratt community, including professors like me who knew how critical his work was, and by students who may or may not have been aware of the pivotal role he played in their educational experiences. I am so deeply sorry to hear about Rob's passing. I knew Rob back in college, and remember him fondly as someone who was kind and witty, with an impressive knowledge about so many things. It is a true loss, and my heart goes out to his family - you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My deepest condolences to Krystal and to Rob's family and friends. I got to know him very well over the years of his student employment at NYU. We enjoyed talking with each other about politics, movies, food and music. He was just an outstanding person in every way. I am deeply saddened to learn of his sudden passing.
