Bob was one of a kind. He had the highest level of integrity. He treated everyone well and with respect. He was top notch. As our real estate rental agent in OCNJ he earned our respect and admiration. Beyond that he felt like part of our family. A kind loving "Uncle". My heart is broken in a million pieces. When I first came to Philadelphia more than 50 years ago Bob was the one that sold me my first house in Swarthmore would some 30 years later my wife and I were staying in Ocean City across the street with a real estate office when I walked in Bob was there.
