Dear Family,

I fondly remember Mr. Fitzer during my school days (1970s) at Lopatcong School. Although he was primarily a custodian, we kids screamed for joy when he did our bus route. He was such a peach and we always enjoyed his sense of humor. He always let us kids get away with more than our scheduled driver did and as a kids, we thought he was great! Even after all of the years that passed, he still remembered who I was!

Sorry that we can not be there to say goodbye to a wonderful man. He was always a pleasure to be in company with. You all will be in our thoughts and prayers as you go through this trying time.

I am sorry to hear of the Passing of Dad. He and I have had a lot of good times over the many years that I have known him. I along with many other employees and former employees of the Township will also miss him.

I fist met Robert in 9/2004 at a small family reunion. I liked him instantly. He was a very kind and generous person. I will miss our semi annual get togethers. My deepest sympathies on the loss of your loved one.
