Not sure what to say?

Barbara and family . I just learned about Bob's leaving us all. My Bob always told me how wonderful he was as a scientist , a geologist and a friend also - Please accept my condolences . May your wonderful memories help you in these very hard times - Warmest regards , Germaine Doremus

We were privledged to know Bob as the guy who read, swam and punned every day on the beach at Baker's Pond. His love for Barbara, his kids and grandkids was transparent. His love of science shot through beach conversations before and after his swims. His love of teaching engaged other people's kids while relaxing in the shade kicking around "what if's" with big ideas. People don't come any better than this guy. His enthusiasm for life on the planet was contagious. Bob will be sorely missed...

Bob was a good friend of very long standing, starting when we were graduate students together at Harvard, and continuing for many years at General Electric. He was a fine scientist and a great person, and will be sorely missed.

A very lovely man. Everyone should have a man like Bob Fleischer in their life. My condolences on your great loss.

Bob was always fun to talk to. I feel lucky to have known him.
