I had the pleasure of working with and for Bob for over 40 years. During that time he was like a father to me and I am deeply saddened by this news. There was no better engineer and person I ever came in contact with and even though I have also been retired over 9 years myself I continue to use "Foley-isms" to this day. My heartfelt condolences to the entire Foley family....... please know that your father and husband was the best that there was
