Not sure what to say?

I REMEMBER BOB EVERYTIME I GO PASSED HIS SHOE REPAIR PLACE. HE WAS A WONDERFUL EXAMPLE OF A PRAYERFUL, KIND,CHRISTIAN THAT I WISH WE ALL WOULD BE. HIS PRAYERS BROUGHT ME PEACE AND COMFORT AT A TIME WHEN I NEEDED IT MOST. BECAUSE OF OUR FAITH IN CHRIST, WE WILL MEET AGAIN!

I MET MR. FOOSE THROUGH HIS PRAYER LIFE. I CALLED HIS SHOP TO GET A PAIR OF SHOES REPAIRED AND HE JUST HAD A HEART ATTACK AND WASN'T WORKING. I HAD JUST HAD A HEART ATTACK AS WELL. HE PRAYED FOR ME AND I FOR HIM ON THE PHONE. WE DID THAT AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK TILL HIS DEATH. I'M SO SORRY I NEVER MET HIM IN PERSON, BUT BECAUSE OF OUR FAITH IN JESUS CHRIST, I WILL MEET HIM SOME DAY!

I didn't find out about Bob's passing until 2 days ago. I met Bob on the phone. He was a wonderful example of a great Christian man. I will miss our prayer times together, but I know I will see him again.

I am so sorry to hear from Sally of your dad's passing. He always had a good heart and he was a good father-in-law to me. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. If you need anything let me know

When I saw the last name Foose I recalled a memory from many, many years ago as a student at East Vincent and East Coventry Elementary schools. I wondered if this was the Chief Foose that used to visit us and after reading his obituary I'm sure it is. I have only fond memories Chief Foose and how much he was admired by the kids and staff. So sorry for your loss!

Me and my friends all looked up to Chief Foose. It was a big deal when he became "our cop" ! He would wave to us and once in awhile stop and talk to us. When you're 12 yrs old and especially back in those days it was cool. We weren't at all scared of him,but knew if we got too wild and crazy he just might stop by. Sorry for your loss, he was a good man.

Sophia, I am so sorry for the loss of your dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Sorry for your loss. I knew him since I was little. He will be missed.
