Not sure what to say?

Joyce,
I had the pleasure of working with Bob in the Training Division for 4 years. He was a great person and instructor. Many wonderful and properous careers began with him. Gods speed Bob.

Bob was a good friend and a great firefighter. Hundreds of young men owe much of their future success to Bob because of the excellent training he provided. May God bless you in this time of sorrow.

Joyce.
May God be with you and your family.
It was a real honor to know Bob during my career with PGFD. Our recruit school in '77 was made all the more enjoyable by his wonderful personality and knowledge. We had a real blast in those old training cars!! Thank you for sharing him with us.

My condolences and sympathy to the Foote family.
Bob was one of my instructors in Career Recruit School in 1978. The laughs and lessons that Bob gave us all are as fresh in my mind as if they took place yesterday.
I'm certain that Bob is giving our good Lord a few chuckles!
Rest in peace, Brother. Well earned!

TO THE FOOTE FAMILY,
I AM SADDENED TO LEARN OF BOB'S PASSING. I WENT TO RECRUIT SCHOOL WITH BOB IN 1968. HE WAS A FINE PERSON AND HARDWORKING FIREFIGHTER, A GOOD EXAMPLE TO ALL.

Joyce,

No one can share your pain of Bob's passing. If it was possible, there would be a lot of guys from the Fire Department who respected Bob and counted him as a true friend that would jump at the chance. Bob contributed to the development of all he taught and was a team player with his co-workers. I had the opportunity to work with him in Training and I will always remember his hearty laugh. You and Bob attended my wedding in Boonsboro in 1973. So long ago, but it seems...

Bob was one of the best firefighters and instructors I have had the privliage of working with. He was a true gentleman,He will be missed.I would like to extend my heart felt sympathy to his family

I had the privilege of working with Bob in the PGFD Training Division.

Bob's personal development, production and presentation of a cutting edge Driver Training Program has, no doubt, saved many lives; both firefighter and civilian.

God's speed Bob.
