Mr. Scouting of West Michigan. I will always remember Mr. France - the Scoutmaster who encouraged my son to become an Eagle Scout. It takes a special person to help so many boys set goals and obtain them as they progress through the Scouting Ranks. Scoutmaster France will be greatly missed.

I'm sorry for your loss. I remember Bob from my years in scouting and going on trips to the museum with my troop. He was a great man and will be missed.
