I am very sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Frank. I truly enjoyed working with him years ago. He was so full of knowledge and vitality that he was a joy to get to know.
He always took interest in my kids, family, and personal life, not just the bussiness at hand. He was a true gentleman.

To Allan, Madeline, Steven and Jonathan: I was so sorry to hear about Dr. Frank's passing. I always enjoyed working for R & R Construction and Dr. Frank was a very smart and kind man and he will be missed dearly.

To all the members of Dr. Franks' families. My heartfelt condolences on the passing of your father. It is hard to realize that his generation is passing on.

Sincerely,
Marilyn L. Peltz
