Carole, I am so sorry to hear about Dr. Franz. He was such a wonderful doctor. So kind and sweet tempered. I was and still am proud to have had the opportunity to work for him. He will be missed.

I still remember a high school reunion a long time ago when Bob and Carole joined us at a table filled with the old All Saints and CCHS gang. Even more meaningful was that Bob Taylor extended that invitation too you both. Bob Franz. A really good guy. Carole, my prayers to you and your family.

When I think of my stepfather, I think of the finer things in life. It was no secret Bob liked a good vodka seven, a smoke and tri-tip. I think of the good life he gave my Mom. I think of his tremendous generosity. To have two women love you in one life is remarkable. For them to remain friends in the end is very, very rare. That is a credit to the man Bob was. Rest in peace Bob.
