Not sure what to say?

I worked for Bob and Elaine while waiting for the results of the California Bar examination in the late seventies. In addition to being wonderful employers, they and their highly skilled staff were most gracious in teaching me the basics of pre-litigation investigation. When I received word that I had passed the Bar examination, they arranged an impromptu office celebration. Bob was a model of a respected, ethical and highly professional investigator. I treasure the memory of the summer I...

Bob had a great interest in genealogy and family history and it was a privilege to meet him in the later part of both of our lives as a distant relative and to spend time with him comparing our common heritage. He was proud of his Italian roots and had established connections with relatives in Alatri, Italy with whom--with Bob's help--I had also been able to make and enjoy. My brother Peter and I last saw Bob while he was visiting Rome in 2012. He is greatly missed and we extend our...

Bob was not only my fathers business partner but also his very close friend. My prayers and condolences go out to his friends and family as I know the pain of losing your father. Cheers to a life well lived.

Bob and my brother Lowell had such a special relationship for all the years they worked together and the years beyond. Bob and I continued to stay in touch in the years since Lowell retired and passed away, and I always felt it an honor to know Bob. He was a fine man. I had been thinking of him often over the past month, remembering that Nov. 25 was his birthday. I'm sure he and Lowell are now together in heaven, swapping many stories. I will miss Bob. I send all my condolences and prayers to...

Bob was the best friend of my late husband, Lowell Cothran. They worked together at Frasco Investigative Services since 1964 for 35 years. I believe Bob and Lowell are now in heaven to catch up on many stories and events. Bob was blessed with love, a great family and friends. It was my honor to know Bob, and he will be missed.

Bob Frasco was the President of the California Association of Licensed Investigators when I joined in 1989. Bob was a great mentor, inspiring me to take a leadersip role in the association. He was the consummate professional in every way. Thank you Bob for your vision, your service, and your friendship.

In September 1981, Bob Frasco hired me to be the receptionist (or as I became known the voice) of FRASCO. Bob loved telling the story to anyone who would listen of how he hired me. Bob was not only a wonderful caring person, but he welcomed me and many others into the FRASCO FAMILY, which am proud to say that I'm still part of after 34 years. You have touched so many lives, you will be missed dearly. God be with you Elaine, Lori, Ron, Robert and Courtney in this time of sorrow.
