Barbara and Bob Fravel were Therapeutic Foster Care parents with Volunteers of America for many years. They were excellent, caring parents particularly to children with medical conditions. They loved their children dearly and they thrived on their care. They are now reunited in Heaven, but they were truly angels on Earth. May God bless all their family now at your time of grief.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mr. Bob and his family. He was such a sweet man and a great neighbor. It will never be the same passing his house, and Mr. Bob not sitting on his front porch, always, with a smile and a wave. Rest in peace!
