Bob was a great commissioner and an even greater person. He is the sole Reason there is a roundabout at Marshall Farms Road And Windermere Road and not two dead end roads that would have denied access to the east and south and free vacated right of way to the YMCA. Bob said "this is not right, we will fight it and we will win". With bob's guidance my neighbors and I fought and Bob fought and against great odds we won. We owe it all to Bob. So sorry to hear this. Bob was our Gray Y coach when I went to Windermere Elementary. He has also been a great friend on Facebook.I will miss Bob very much. R.I.P.
