It was an honor to know Bob. It is clear you all now have a very special guardian angel to guide your days. Our condolences to Peggy and her family, and we hope that soon happy memories will fill your days. Much love.

Bob was a "class act". His leadership during trying times was outstanding. He and Peggy were a great team for water resource development in the North West. "Rest in Peace, Thou good and faithful servant".

It was an honor to be both a colleague and friend of Bob's. He was a truly "good guy."
