Such a beautiful tribute to such an all round nice guy! I did some work with Bob at Cleveland Clinic in the 1990s when we were implementing IT applications for ordering and inventory control. He was someone you could always count on to help find solutions. Always a positive attitude and a "spring in his step" kind of guy. Comforting hugs to his dear daughters, family and friends. May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
