I knew Bob in Lee Elementary School. He was my wannabe boyfriend in the fourth grade and his memory is still with me. I remember him being full of life and energy. He was a handsome boy and a whole lot of fun! My sincere condolences to his wife, children grandchildren and all that loved him!

Bob was the kind of guy that you thought you had read what he was thinking or was and he would come out of no where with something else. Bob, you failed to make your battle stations during general quarters. You are now relieved from your watch. A job well done fellow navy veteran. America thanks you for your service to our country in the defense of freedom. The USS Independence has turned into the wind preparing for your final departure. The honor guards are stationed and final volley has sounded. Taps is about to sound ending a successful career as a nation´s defender. Smooth sailing shipmate.

Many memories to reminisce on as a child growing up with Bob. One that always comes to mind is him playing the guitar around a campfire in the back yard with my father, friends, and family. I am sorry for your loss, Linda and Danny.
