With The hope Robert is in a better place. David

Robert Funches was a business associate who I worked with for over 20 years. He was both warm hearted and a professional. I will miss him greatly. My condolences to his family

You were an accomplished man in numerous ways; you were truly the patriarch of this family. We will relish in the memories and laughter shared with you, Uncle Robert.

When God call you: it doesnt matter if you are busy or not, you acquiesce in his decision.
God has another task in mind for you this very instant, your work for the Lord is not done.
A life taken way too soon, we will miss your presence here on earth, however, we will see you again where all Christian meet and rejoice.

Hello to the Robert Funches Family,

I'm Arthur James, now of Riverside, California, a long-time friend of Robert. Just heard about his entrance to Omega Chapter in the heavens above. He was a hero to many, so our Father needed another disciple to demonstrate what a quality life look like. So He called Robert.

Take care...What A Friend We Have In Jesus!

I never had the pleasure of meeting Robert in person but with email and telephone had the opportunity to work with him on a variety of health center related projects over the years. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, intelligent, funny and totally dedicated to the Central Mississippi Health Services and the people served. His passing is a great loss.

All of us are the poorer for Roberts death. I pray that our family will find some comfort in the many special memories and the thought of the fun we shared with him.

We will cherish our memories of Robert. We will miss him at JSU football games and tailgates, family dinners, cookouts and black-tie parties, card games, and mostly we will miss his genuine love for family. We know our grief is shared by many.
