This is terrible news. I knew Mr. Gafnea as a patient for many years. He contacted me after I left the job just to make sure I was doing alright. He was a joy to be around and take care of. He was the patient that always reminded me, I was meant to be a nurse. He was the man who always made doing a hard job worth while. He always had a nice word to say to everybody. Mr. Gafnea had a way of making the most isolated people feel loved and welcomed. I watched him help other patients overcome...

Condolences for your loss of this fine man. My Dad sold Cushman scooters back in the 60´s. I would have enjoyed meeting Mr Gafnea.
