Clayton
Bob was a resident of Clayton and spent his career in Retail Management. In retirement Bob enjoyed ping pong, pickle ball, swimming, and BBQ's. He was a wonderful husband and father, and an advocate for all animals. Bob was a strong but gentle spirit who touched everyone with his sense of humor.
He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years Bambi Gallagher, daughter Bethany Garcia and her husband Jonathan, son Sean Gallagher, sister Sarah Gallagher, brother Frank Gallagher, brother Ross Gallagher and his wife Lisa, brother in-law Mike Jessup and his loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements were private.

I feel fortunate to have meant Bob and his sister Sarah. We meant at Pickleball in Martinez. I always enjoyed a game with them. I actually played with Bob more often in Walnut Creek. He was so much fun to play with. He really challenged me and was a good player and competitive enough to give me help & make me a better player. I just learned of Bobs death Dec. 28th. What a shock. I will certainly miss him as i am sure many others will. My heart goes out to Sarah as well as the rest of Bob's family. linda
