Robert Jenkins Garrett

My condolences to Denise, Lisa, Amanda, Kate, and your families. I fondly recall the years I spent as a young lawyer working for Jenks, a mentor and friend who taught me many things about being a lawyer not taught in law school. Not just a shrewd lawyer, Jenks was great fun to be around, always full of energy, on the go, constantly cracking a joke or making a wry comment. Jenks Garrett was a great lawyer and a great friend to the people who worked at American Can in Arlington. He will be missed.

My heart goes out to Amanda and family for her Dad's passing. I feel blessed to have gotten to meet and visit with Jenks Garrett a few times the past couple years and can only imagine how much he will be missed by all. Prayers of comfort & love are lifted.
