I'm finally able to share with you all. I'll always remember Robert for the loving and kindness he always had!! Since he came into my heart and family he always had a refreshing(off the wall, but good)attitude. He made me smile even when we get down. he was there to hold,cry with, talk about anything! I began working for the City of Wheat Ridge in 1995. It was there I met Bob. Even though we worked in different departments, he was very friendly and made "the new guy" feel welcome.

Fast forward several years. I now work for a different agency and had to take a major work related exam. Whenever Bob and I talked, he would always make it a point to ask about the exam and offer words of encouragement. His genuine kindness and friendship really came through in our...

I met Bob Gaspar when I first moved to Colorado in 1995. Even though he was born in Wyoming, I thought he represented the true spirit of Colorado. In the first few years, Bob and I camped, fished and hunted in just about every area of Colorado, thus giving me a good glimpse of what this wonderful state had to offer.
