I am sad to hear the news. Robert was my favorite dance teacher by far. He was so creative, inspiring and just ... cool. My deepest condolences to Dorothy and the rest of their family.

Robert Gatzke was my first dance teacher at Julie Adler Dance Studio. He was an amazing dance teacher. Sometimes (very rare) in tap class he would breakout and tap beyond what he was teaching us & we would all stop and stare in amazement! I went to college & got a degree in theatre and dance and came back to follow him to his own dance studio as an adult because there was nobody like him! My heart is saddened but I will always remember the joy he brought to me through dance and his kindness.

We are so sorry for your loss. Mr. Robert was a great teacher that we will never forget!! May God comfort you in this time of sadness. Love the Dolunt family ~

So very sad. Mr. G was an amazing tap teacher. I took from him for many years at Robert Lee School of Dance. My thoughts go out to his family, friends, and students.
