Not sure what to say?

I will always remember Bob's magic tricks to amuse the kids. He also was good at amusing the adults. He ha such a welcoming smile. We had such good times at our house and at the lake. I really enjoyed him and I know you will always miss him.
Love to you. Lenore

Lois, we are so sorry for you loss. We have fond memories of Bob and want you to know we are thinking of you and your family.

Dear Lois,
I was so saddened to read about Bob's passing. What a beautiful tribute. My heart goes out to you and your family. You are in my thoughts. May his memory be a blessing.
Love,
Shirley

Lois, I am so sorry for your loss and am sending warm thoughts your way. I read the fine tribute to Bob, and am sorry I never had the good fortune to know him, but you have always been so warm and outgoing that I feel the need to express my sympathy to you and your family.

We send our love and deepest sympathies to Lois and family. Bob was a true friend and we shared memories and good times at Wyoming Valley Hospital and Geisinger .
Rest in peace,Bob

Gelb Family, We are very sorry to hear of the passing of Bob. I am Jean McCabe the daughter of the late Bob Franklin. I have known Bob for many years and my Dad enjoyed his friendship over all the years in the 402nd. Now Bob and my Dad can reunite and talk about the old days. Please know that we are keeping him and your family in our prayers during this time of sorry.

My condolences Lois to you and the family. I remember Bobby so well from when he occasionally worked with my Dad at the Maltby Drug Store or I saw him at Ohav Zedek. When I was a kid, he always held out his hand for a handshake and after we shook hands, he always pretended that I hurt him by squeezing his hand too hard. I think that he kept doing that even after I was an adult. A man of good humor and kindness, his passing touches me even though I really did not know him well. May his...

Dear Lois and Family,
We hope the wonderful memories of your husband, father, grandfather and brother remind you of the happiness he spread with his jokes and ready smile.
Our blessings to you in this time of sorrow.
Love, Leah, Ryan, May & Aiden

I knew Bobby Gelb when I was a Candy Striper at Wyoming Valley Hospital in the mid-60's. We all thought he was so nice (and handsome, too). Sorry to hear of your loss. I'm sure he left a good impression on a great many people; a life to be celebrated and imitatated.
