I didn't get to see Rob very often because we've always lived so far apart, but when we did get a chance to get together, I always thought he was a great guy.

At the risk of sounding like Mr. Rogers, Rob was a special child and a special young man. His sensitivity and generosity of spirit was reflected in the work he chose to do with developmentally disabled adults. That he died so young is a tragedy, and a supreme loss to his family, to all those whose lives he enriched, and to all whose lives would have been enriched had he lived.
