Words cannot say how badly John and I feel. Gerald was so much more than a friend, more like a father to both of us. It's hard to believe he won't be there sitting in his chair by the door. I owe you both so much, we both do. John will be so lost without him. He always made him feel wanted and loved. We both felt that way..about the both of you. We love you so much.

This is a beautiful obituary written for Robert. I did not know the Gentzel family, nor did I ever get the pleasure to meet Robert. God Bless the family during this time and just remember that one day we will all meet again.
