I was a young social worker who worked with Judge Gilbert in the 70's. He taught me so much. Lessons I continue to carry with me today. His caring and honesty will always be remembered. What a wonderful person he was. I am so very blessed to have known him.

I was lucky enough to grow up right next door to the Gilberts. Judge Gilbert was an intelligent, fun man to be around for a child. Periodically I would see him in my adult years. He always remembered me and had fond memories of our families as neighbors and friends. He was a great man.
