I worked with Bob at Thirty Tigers for 5 years, but never in the Nashville office. We knew each other casually as we'd see each other every few months for a brief moment in time. But every time I ever saw Bob he stopped what he was doing and asked me about my family, the bands I was managing, and anything else going on in my world. I met Bob when RED started distributing Capricorn Records mid 90s. As we got to know each other one night on the banks of the Cumberland we realized we were at the same memorable Grateful Dead stadium show in Boulder 1972. Great music guy.We worked together 30 some years ago while Bob was employed by Lieberman enterprises up in Portland. He Helped me launch a regional presence for Best Buy s' entrance into Nashville with his insights and knowledge of the music scene in Nashville.
